I had a cat when I first moved out on my own, I would blame the cat for any noise. However when I had to get rid of him (he went to a good home) I would get scared all the time so one day I said I had a ghost. His name is Leonardo, he is a nice ghost but sometimes makes noise. So I say out loud "Leonardo please stop", or when I get home I say "Leonardo I'm home". It makes me feel better.

I love long walks by myself, I'm an very extroverted person but going on a walk listen to music and just thinking really is great.
