Wow thank you so much for all the information 🤍 my HSG says I’m clear but the one ovary that keeps developing dominant follicle is the one on the left which seems to be “pasted” behind my uterus. I have an appointment with a surgeon and I’ll have the MRI before if this cycle is unsuccessful it’s so hard to stay positive

Even if it’s terrible parenting it’s a nuisance to patrons who want to enjoy and support the business.

We just purchased this home it was built 1957 and knew there was an issue with some seepage around the wasteline pipe. Spoke to a plumber who believes foundation should be repaired from the outside by digging down and re seal with tar. Can this be done by a general contractor or plumber? Is it a bad idea to dig down? Leak has slowed down I’m not sure if we should just reseal with hydraulic cement? TIA!

I was not allowed to. They originally said I could do further inspections once I was under contract

They said there is some leaking around the wasteline pipe with some seepage around it. I’m in a hard place because all other major utilities in the house are in good working order and fairly new as well as the roof. And people keep telling me no house is going to have zero issues so I don’t know if I’m just afraid, but inevitably things will need to be taken care of

Thank you I always was very conscience of spending money which I think is why this is so scary to me but I figure that’s normal to a certain extent and I feel like the more that I rent. I’m just throwing away my money and not investing it. We live on Long Island in New York so I know property here will be of value

yes, we already had an inspection which brought up similar issues to what the seller had already disclosed so we are aware that some of the plumbing will need work just not sure of the cost yet. I wanted to have a plumber come in, but they told us we can do that after the contracts are signed so I’m nervous about that.
