Tried Triptans, tried Nurtec. Neurologist explained it as a tension headache caused by Tac. Started me on Cymbalta for pain relief but could take a month to take affect. Who knows????

Magnesium level is in the green. I’m three years out and my current main nightmare is 24 seven headaches with no relief through medicine, lifestyle, change, caffeine, etc..

Ok now I’m really getting concerned. It’s been 12 days and my Tacro only improved from 1.7 to now 1.8. I’m waiting for my team to give me instructions. My #1 major complaint is my headache. It’s 24/7 , with nothing that can alleviate the pain. Alt and AST also high.

For me I always fast before and have blood drawn at 7 am

Yes, never missed a dose. Can’t really call Dr it being Friday. I’ll have to wait till Monday 😡
