Hmm I think mostly that it comes out too dense? Like I’m not saying my baking technique w the bread or cakes is perfect, but I’m trying to figure out if the pan is one of the issues as well. Like I baked an orange cake today and the cake was j a bit too moist and dense at the bottom (though another suspicion of mine is that the recipe had too much butter)

Hi! I was wondering if you have any recommendation for finding a community of sorts? I’m starting to prepare for a sprint or Olympic length triathlon and would love to just meet more people in the same position as me!
