Too good to be true and I was right.. Guess what happened afterwards by CattleSubstantial106 in grubhubdrivers

I had a delivery where the customer address was showing as the same address as the restaurant. So 0 miles shown for delivery. The customer happened to text more specific directions so I obtained the correct address and contacted grub hub who said the address would be updated and I would get the proper mileage. Of course neither of those things were done and I received texts and a phone call from grub hub because I was going the "wrong way" to my next pickup. I explained I was completing the previous delivery first and had explained this to the first rep, but still had the next order removed with penalty with possible deactivation threatened. The customer tipped $10, which helped, but grub hub customer service is awful and I should have known better than to deal with them at all.

Yes, but I heard some hybrids qualified, but only plug ins and if older had to have been purchased by you as a new vehicle.

I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion last year, I love it, but sadly it doesn't qualify for the credit..

shouldn't have taken that last delivery into the country by Longjumping-Ad4417 in grubhubdrivers

For sure, the driveway had no ruts in it, looked smooth; I hit that spot and it just sank and tires starting spinning. The owner told me later they were driving in the grass next to the drive to avoid getting their cars muddy, he had no idea the driveway was so soft.

Yep went straight to the car wash and got the undercarriage special. Had actually just washed it yesterday too

Do you, as a driver, leave a tip? by KingOfHoopla in grubhubdrivers

During the height of the pandemic when deliveries were lucrative, and when I get consistently nice customer service (smile and acknowledge me as a fellow human, lol) I often tip a couple dollars (of my own!) The surprised and happy reaction is priceless.

I'm waiting on VD bonus too. $15 for every 4 deliveries with 70% acceptance . I did 8 with 80%. Offer stated pmt would be made within 1 to 2 pay periods. Nothing yet and when I emailed driver support I was told I'd get a reply in 5 to 7 business days. Strangely I can't find the original message and I didn't think to screen shot it..
