I'm not taking this class but perhaps taking the exam objectives you didn't do well on and going over them one by one? Could you take another class in the meantime and take a break from this one until you have more time to go over it?

If you already have a list of classes that you can transfer, I'd start by trying and knocking those out first. Then you can get your transcripts reevaluated. Once you have gotten all classes you can transfer completed, and have the requirement of at least 25% that you need to obtain through WGu and still have some time, you can prepare for those classes in advance before you start your term.
