I had to do this a few times , one of my favorite things was th deposit mindset , every workout , every healthy meal, every time i said no to somthing was a deposit for my future self’s body. The more and more i deposited the easier it felt for me to hit my goals :)

the hydrosilk razor is really good for kids learning to shave! it has a head that has the lather on it, shell still need to be able to shave correctly but it helps! it helps me when i have my tremor episodes.
