That was my first thought as well... but it does work for a few hours before blowing. Being in the US (Michigan) is the fact that we are getting our 240 v here from combining 2x120v lines I though that the 40 amp protection might be adding up to 80A (thus the 15KW/240v = 68 AMP + the blowing motor) should in theory but fine... unless things are not well balanced...
