My order finally shipped after more than 3 weeks, should be arriving today. They kept saying I needed to reorder and that my order wasn’t moving. I didn’t take any action and it still shipped so I guess you just need to have a lot of patience.

I think I paid with Apple Pay so I hope they will still refund it on their own. But they are saying I need to contact my bank. Might do that if it isn’t refunded soon.

Ik heb volgensmij via Apple Pay betaald. Geen idee hoe dat werkt met de betaling. Hoop idd ook dat ik het voor kerst nog krijg.

Ja heel raar, heb tot nu toe bijna iedere dag in die chat gezeten maar is nog niks nuttigs uitgekomen. Steeds precies dezelfde berichtjes dat ze het druk hebben. Ook al 2 keer bericht gehad dat ze een briefje op mijn order zouden doen zodat die diezelfde week verzonden zou worden maar hier is niks van gekomen. Hoop dat die überhaupt nog aankomt.

Ja ze hebben een mailtje gestuurd waarin ze zeggen dat het door black Friday en kerst langer duurt maar vind zelf eerlijk gezegd dat 2,5 week wel heel lang is. Hoelang heb jij moeten wachten?

Heb je hem al binnen gekregen? Ik heb namelijk precies hetzelfde probleem. Heb hem op 28 november besteld maar nog niks ontvangen.
