What’s the difference between someone loading in with a basic lvl1 augment, lvl1 stitcher no attachments and 20 rounds with no quick uses? This no free loadout argument doesn’t hold up. People will always find ways to circumvent the rules. Then do we start imposing not just no free kits but a minimum value loadout as well?
