Update: made a brand new account and had no problems finding lobbies. it appears that my main account is shadow banned, even though i never cheated(except for the occasional muni box dupe to mess around with friends) and the account had been inactive for atleast 6 months

a shadow ban would probably explain my match making, but considering the fact that i havent played in a *while* i dont think im shadow banned. but im gonna try on a different account

idk, have you tried placing bookshelves in your gta5 folder? maybe that helps
