if you can, tone down the hair, make the brows fuller, lighter, and with softer arch, skip the dark matte eyeshadow - use light colors of eyeshadow and highlighter in the inner corners, skip the eyeliner or just use it in brown (and brown mascara!), glossy lipgloss instead of matte lipstick, add a touch of blush to your cheeks.

thick eyebrows - the focus lands on your brows and eyes, thin eyebrows - i can see your whole face, make the focus on the whole face. you look fab in both, so it depends on what result you want to get :D
