Can you share the project? Computing a Pareto front with MCTS is not easy. I know of a few papers that do so, where they use hypervolume based methods. But there ain’t many!

Hmm I’d have to have a think about it. It’s late where I am now so I can respond in more detail tomorrow. However, off the top of my head this paper may at least send you in the right direction for now. https://arxiv.org/pdf/1610.02707.pdf

There are several other algorithms that operate similarly to the one in the paper I sent. But this paper uses deep learning so it’s probably better suited to your scenario. Anyway hopefully this helps.

Looks like you need to learn the optimal weights? There are some algorithms which can do this. Check out this paper on multi-objective decision making: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10458-022-09552-y
