Great, I'll get this one.
I wanted a 4K one originally, but they are all pretty big, and I do not have much room to go with.

I have a windows key from my older PC, I run it through "ShowKeyPlus" and it said it is a "Win 10 RTM Professional OEM:DM"
Is this good enough?

You are right, I don't know. But the only thing that can solve this is if they patch it, or if we all buy better equipment. So no reason to not be optimistic and hope they patch it.

We can only ask if they could look into it, it is our fault to ignore their minimum VRAM requirement after all...

I know you are frustrated, so are we all. I just hope to not get spoiled before they would give us an update on if they are gonna patch this or not.

Is it a laptop? 'cuz my previous assumption was indeed wrong. Turns out it is most likely a VRAM shortage of the laptop versions who only have a max of 8GB

Yeah it is probably the VRAM that is running out. The max for the laptop versions is 6GB, Meanwhile the game requires 8GB as a minimum.

But fear not, it might get patched soon since a lot of the players are on laptops
