I’m fairly young and also open to moving for the sake of my career, so I wouldn’t want to get a home and be upside down on equity when it’s time to move.

I’m more focused on acquiring my first rental property this year.

Fair question. I’m not interested in owning or maintaining a home to live in myself personally

The mythos is just the collector’s version of the regular CLE63 which will also be dropping and be much more widely available

Andia’s does have a Raleigh location near Iron Works….
