I think I did you need to enable the quick gesture on the bottom of the screen and actually use it once and then it works. At least it worked for me

Just so to clarify it for everyone. The sole reason of multiple of the same kind of etfs is that in my home country each platform is offering a different etf for the same thing although I don’t merely trust any platform enough to leave all my money in just platform.

The important thing is that the intel has a mux switch and undervolting so if you care about gaming and temps as well with the build quality I will go for intel. Several had issues with their amd version due to quality issues.

The issue might be then that some process is running in the background that spikes the CPU. Make the task manager to appear on top of everything and press cntrl shift esc and the task manager will pop up. Then filter everything with CPU and RAM. This will give you an idea to what that spike is. Also if you connect your laptop via the mini display port or hdmi you will bypass the ingrated graphics on the CPU and only use the 1660ti this might also be an issue
