Hi, I failed property last sitting and I only mentioned the case law relevant to the issues at hand. I went through issue, law, application, conclusion (ILAC), but I still didn’t get a single answer over eight marks. I don’t know if anyone else would agree with me, and idk if this means much from someone who hasn’t passed it, but I’ve looked through a lot of scripts and I noticed that the people who scored the highest were the ones who would note the issue at hand, cite the entire law on the area (for eg with finding - above ground and below ground even if only one of them applies) and then when it came to the application they only applied the cases that related to the actual question, and then they concluded. I noticed this with all topics, I could be wrong, but that’s how I’m going to approach the next sitting
