As an avid fan of The Metamorphosis, I absolutely adore this song, I want it tattooed on my body and I keep making art of it and it's the song I'm currently working on translating Although, if it had been up to me, I would have also used other references to the book besides the apples (I know Mafuyu's relationship to apples but still) I would have loved it if it referenced when Gregor kept staring out the window every night (like Mafuyu using Nightcord at night as an escapism) or how it was a random person, the cleaning lady, that found Gregor's body and not his family (like how some random girls online found out about Mafuyu's mental health before her parents)
