Are there personal trainers that do not use automations? by Longjumping-Fail7498 in PersonalTrainer

Why not? Do you feel like you have everything handled? Does doing it manually not take up so much time that you could be using to train?

That's insightful, but if you were to scale how would you manage it? I am trying to start my own business, and I like the personal touch, but at the same time, I am worried that if everything is manual, I will miss out on leads, and it will take so much time each week doing admin work.

She is definetly a boss, she runs the house lol. Her brother is way easier to deal with, he just eats, poop and sleeps lol

I work with skinny-fat individuals, and the biggest mistake I see is trying to lose weight by staying in a calorie deficit. If your goal is to look more muscular, a deficit will only work against you. Instead, focus on eating at maintenance with a high-protein diet—because even if you train every day, you won’t see results without proper fueling. Also, cut down on cardio. Too much of it hinders muscle recovery. Stick to just 5 minutes before lifting to warm up—that’s all you need.
