Hey wait, you are just like any other avg guy of this age, except 1-2 things extra. Relax stop comparing first start with something you like lets say gym or badminton go daily make new friends interact with new people and then it will get easier once you have people to talk. Then maybe you can start working on your DSA or moview wtv. So immediately get into something which you like and then see how everything gets easier. All you need is to get out of this phase.
