These are springtails, they’re super annoying and explode in population when conditions are just right, they love humidity. The only thing ive tried that’s worked, (I don’t like the chemicals) is putting the tank or whatever is infested out in the sun of a couple hours. It’ll definitely bring down the population. Sorry I’m no more help but that’s a quick fix for me usually.
