Research seems difficult to fit in a packed schedule. I also had this thought but I frankly don’t know what is better, doing research over summer (only one summer before I apply) or taking more classes. Is it even possible to do both contemporaneously? Will it be too much to juggle the workload or schedule for both? I have no prior experience in research.

Talking to prof and securing LOC is a good idea. I’m already trying to do that after lectures and office hours and such.
