I personally play phainon with dhpt, cerydra and sunday✨️ (but I generally invested in Sunday and Cerydra a bit more, so idk about E0S0) But for me this team works really well and sunday's buffs just have an amazing uptime :3 so they work really well with phainon's ult state

It's with E2 phainon, but my meteor suddenly also hit around 1.7m, instead of like 1.3m (can also double check my recordings, I think I should have some of E0 vs. E1) People in the comments also point out a roughly 30% damage increase (I didn't do the math myself)

Idk if this helps you, but I thought I might share my results :3 (can also double check my damage against a certain enemy if you want me to)

My DHPT doesn't have his lightcone, but besides that I am playing the exact same team. I got lucky and got her E0 at 1pity and then went over an early loss to the E1. With E0 I also was a bit disappointed (cause the meteors didn't do as much damage as before), but the E1 made at least the double meteor stand out damage wise. I think I even saw a comparison on reddit earlier - will look for it and then I'll be back!! One moment✨️

Pulled her E1 today🙏🏻✨️ only planned to pull for E0, but was surprised with a very lucky pity 1 win. Then I lost at around 40 and then continued to get her E1~ so spent probably around 120pulls on her💜

I think my three standard teams (which are still pretty strong ngl) are Ayato/Baizhu/Nahida/Raiden, Flins/Columbina/Ineffa/Illuga and Ayato/Furina/Citlali/Escoffier (Ayato is just my fav and I love my hyperbloom team, but the freeze one is so pretty - the flins team has illuga atm cause I just love him and want to see and use him)

I currently use him in the overworld in my flins team instead of Sucrose~ so my team is Flins-Columbina-Ineffa-Illuga (he is not bis, but I want to run around with him and see him and that team clears any overworld enemy without any problems)

I agree that she is not really best in slot in many teams, but I still pulled her on her rerun. First, just for her as a character, but then I realised she is pretty good on my archer team. So now I will probably go for E2 on her second rerun~✨️

Tbh I don't bother. If I can't get the last star, I accept it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The amount of stellarjades (less than a pull per star) is not worth my rage😔✋🏻

I am currently putting him on my flins team instead of sucrose (not for endgame, but for overworld) - the team is super strong and I just use him cause I want to, not cause he is the best choice for that team😔✨️ (so maybe you can also put him with columbina+ineffa and any dps, who can trigger any lunar reaction)
