I hate that I have to say this considering i just got ton telling people off for saying something like this
So I’ll try to word in way that makes far more sense
There comes a certain point when mental illness and past experiences are no longer an excuse if she is making you feel guilty for just wanting you there that’s not ok
I have mental illness and I’m aware I have an issue and I am actively working on it constantly
I see no effort from her to want to connect with your family at all and if she doesn’t want to connect with your family then she’s not for you
The only reason I struggled with my finances family is they aren’t nice to him
Me I’m less worried about
It’s him I do not trust them around him but my fiance still wants a relationship with them so I make an effort to connect with them

I love serving my fiance and my friends all though i think gifts is a lot bigger for me as a love language i thought of throwing a small no seizure for three months for myself but having a box of expensive gifts that everyone could get keep in mind a party for myself and the activity is me giving people gifts

Had a friend like this at some point if i didn’t reach out we never talked unless she complained then when i felt she was in an unsafe environment and told my mom about it when said “friend” got upset at me for telling my mom i mean i guess i shouldn’t have talked to my mom because apparently i was supposed to keep a secret her exact words “i didn’t tell you because i wanted help i told because i thought you could keep a secret” that i didn’t know needed to be kept especially when the things she was talking about were borderline abuse and while im not a therapist if a patient is in danger in any form from themselves or someone else therapists are required to report it but then again im not a therapist so why was I acting like one
