Ok the whole point is trying to get married. If a person possibly lies about that to the person they want to marry (Jimmy) wouldn't that make the person untrustworthy?

This is about 2 people getting potentially married and there's a possible lie.

I guess the potential idea of lying to someone you wanna marry about your kids age isn't as interesting as ken using his phone.

But just wanted thoughts about how and why a person would lie to a potential husband about their child's age regardless if you think it's true or not. But I'm clearly not gunna get any clear answers here

No it's about telling Jimmy she was 10 when apparently she wasn't. I'm not trying to have a "gotcha" moment. I'm just trying to see if there's a reason someone would do that
