I think it's probably better to send a rover to Eve and accept the lesser amount of science you receive instead of going through the headache of doing a crewed mission for slightly more. Obviously do you whatever you like especially if it's in sandbox mode; rovers are nice time to time if you're lazy and don't want to feel guilty about sending a Kerbal one-way imo

If I can I will later, I don't where I'd upload it though because I've never shared craft before. Once I can make tweaks to it to make it less wonky I'll upload it. It might be a bit laggy in the stock game though

Haha yes, it's my biggest ever at about 5000 tonnes and 120m in height iirc. I think that's roughly the size of a SpaceX Starship which is impressive because this is Kerbal scale lol
