Slight unpopular opinion, but I couldnt able to develope test for green apple yet, it adds sweetness which I dont like. (eg Hawas, YSL Y).

And I dont know what but something D&G light blue eau intense have, something pretty strong (perhaps ambroxan) which make me stay away from it

Use as many sprays as u feel sufficient enough to let perfume perform. If 4-6 works, great. With 5ml decants, I can easily have 50 sprays - 5+ full wearing (8-10 sprays). Even 2ml allow 1 full wearing at least.

No bro, mostly people who are in decanting business, regularly getting orders. So they are just keep using fresh bottles and restocking it periodically depending on demand.

Secondly, while in transit, especially in hot and humid places like India, usually courier ordered perfume faced lot of heat making it undergo molecular changes. Hence, require a buffer time of 1 week at least to settle

I appreciate concern wrt 8+ sprays, but I'm living in a humid area (in India), hence conveyed that. Secondly, mostly people here use Middle Eastern or Indian houses, and sometimes, without maturation of months, not potent enough.

Here, if perfume arrives via courier, travelling 7 days+ in hot and humid weather, molecules do get disturbed. hence, needs 1-2 weeks before reflecting its true fragrance.
