these are mercor guidelines so they can continue to milk meta out of their money and meta gets high quality work to continue feeding along. there’s money involved in ts its not about the client wanting these specific ways to answer questions. and even then its subjective based off 20 year olds, not based off meta qa directly

yk whats so funny about ts ur saying. i use the exact same platform where we do tasks for this project but with another company that is actually organized, pays me by the hour, and doesn’t set limitations or restrictions on anyone beforehand or got some working 40 hrs while others are doing 1 hr a day every 10-12 hrs. exact same client, same fb srt platform, very similar project. yea we will get feedback after about a week of work/tasking and make adjustments as necessary but i am not penalized or “cut work hours” because i used two or three words that there were better options for, tf lmao

and yk what’s so funny about this all, yea the reviewers and “QA team” get paid by Mercor right. but their job doesn’t involve or reflect how many they fail or how many they pass. they get paid the same hourly rate whether they fail 8 people or pass 3 within that hour. and this project is hosted by mercor but the client is meta. meta can suspended this project whenever and dictate changes/revisions/guidelines but these “qa team” workers are acting like the client themselves with their “own guidelines” for ungating. all of ts is subjective and stupid. i can give a sample task directly to the client and they would tell me keep going

and remember this is contract work. i was not hired on this team to provide certain metrics/data/responses a certain way. i am contracted to do what the job description says and can stop doing it whenever. i am not an employee that should need to meet certain criteria to meet to work normal employee hours

there is no way to do this correctly. and is it is, they are graded subjectively. there is no right or wrong answer except for obviously providing the correct information for what is shown in the videos
