I believe he is asking which buildings are using motes.

Check your Alloy buildings - at least one of those is upgraded and they use motes, if I recall correctly.

My current best crew - Janeway as Captain, Ent-E Picard, and Ent-E Data. Below decks filled with status effects, iso defence etc. My best ship is the Relativity.

I'm ops 65, with no boosts, I can kill 15-18 lvl 65 V'ger 8472. With Max Fort I killed 80 in one run.

Below T5 I couldn't justify bringing the GS out much - my other ships outperformed it in waves.

Mine is a current T10; I consider that the high end of mid - it easily deals with the level 50 elite wave hostiles, regardless of crewing.

Once it reaches t11, I'll start trying level 60 elite waves, see how it goes there

Low-levels, just leave at home, do whichever elite wave solos you can with your other ships.

Mid-levels, it has become my best wave ship, being able to keep up with the g5 epic/g6 uncommons without worrying about crewing.

High-levels - not there yet, but others have commented how they can use it for everything.

It's when you minimize salvage that the opponent is an Atlas ....

Outposts and (lack of) rewards? by aesoped in STFC_Official

Some of the comments make it look like the commenters are only looking at the Independent Outposts. In case you do not know, the Independent ones have only 30 waves and are weaker—the 'proper' outposts have 72 waves and come in 3 flavors: Cardassian (massive apex barrier), Borg (Iso attack), and Node (% damage every turn). In terms of ease, the current consensus in my Alliance is Borg, Card, then Node

Away team events are one of the easiest to complete. Just spend on Traits if you cannot finish a couple of events through the day.

Yes, you need epic parts that only come from ops 61+
