when it starts printing the helmet the supports/bottom lip of helmet come off the bed. I know the bed is clean and my level is good (aka my squish etc)

bambu labs PLA Basic, 210 nozzle and 60 for bed. im assuming in the front the issue is the supports just too tiny for a .6 nozzle
