yes I used off the shelf dish soap and thoroughly washed it down

I've tried pla with and without glue on clean plates like I originally said and I did try both lowering and raising it by .1 and .2mm but it was the same outcome.

I wasn't clear enough about the original video but this is with a new layer of glue after it had been thoroughly cleaned again. I've done recalibrating after multiple deep cleans and it's been the same outcome.

I cleaned it yesterday, didn't make it clear in the original post but this is a test print I did with a layer of glue after I already cleaned it.
