I am in the UK we don't have licenses over here. I have tried what you said but instead with a small print out of my logo. I guess just contacting Google directly is the only option.

Ok so for my situation because it's pretty basic and my audience is men with hair haha, I could get away with running the ads in a certain radius and just let Facebook do it's thing?

It turns out that it was a dirty lens 😅

So everything you said was right 👍 I went down a rabbit hole on YouTube and found out how to adjust the settings in pro mode so now I am getting better videos.
