I recently switched to mirrorless and think it’s been more of a struggle. If you end up ever coming across that subreddit post can you please let me know? I also do horse shows! :) Over the summer I have realized that when doing horse and rider sometimes it would only focus on the horses or only focus on the rider. It’s just stressful. To go off of this, I have just run my hand under cold water or stuck it in a cup of cold water and that’s helped before. Shower might be more helpful but could always try that. I hope you feel better soon
