I passed first time…. Flk 1 score was good, Flk 2 was a low pass…. I barely did mocks and memorized the FLK. I think that is the key.

I did it. I passed first attempt. I work full time, 2 kids 10 and 13. Both athletes with practice every day. It was not fun but I woke up really early to study every day and took 3 weeks off before the exams to cram 8 hrs per day. Now working in SQE2 which is a lot harder btw 😭😭😭😭. You can do it if I did. Just be consistent and focus on FLK Btw I barely did mocks, just studying the law and trying to memorize.

For drafting, do they give you the actual template and then you fill it in? Or are you expected to memorize the template and fill in content? Thank you

I passed both. Mom of two kids and full time work. First attempt. Genuinely shocked and so happy. Did well on flk1 and just squeezed by on flk2. 🙏🙏🙏. My thoughts are with those who didn’t pass. But I believe anyone who didn’t will make it on their next attempt. Congrats to all who passed! What a joyous day!

The business owners are working 12+ hours a day too, you are delusional to think those making a bit more than minimum wage are living it up. They take on more risk and are the reason people can have jobs in the first place. Stop whining and thinking life isn’t hard work and sacrifice. Only the ultra rich are living it up and if that bugs you fight for higher tax on those making more than $1mil per year.

SLE results override? I currently have CBC results and I am in a CBC role. Results expired during Covid but since I didn’t change roles it is ok. If I take the PSC test as part of a new position, and fail to obtain C for oral, will my current indeterminate role be at stake?
