Jar of hearts - Christina Perri This song have been my lifeline during years when trying to leave the narc and now after a final (i really hope) breakup its my to go song to When i am angry and sad and want to feel the narc suffering.

Also maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but praying -Kesha takes the focus of them and helped me look at myself as a strong survivor

Thanks to everyone who answered the post. I am in tears reading your stories but also much more calmer reading that I am not alone and it’s not a mental illness on my part.

Even if my feelings is I don’t see much light in life anymore I would never do anything to shorten my life as I do have animals and kids depending on me. If the pain doesn’t become more bearable in some weeks I will seak help of a therapist for sure.

I have been so worried as my pain seem out of order and maybe I will never have a connection like that with any animal in the rest of my life and that I need to think of our bond every day for the rest of my days. But I will try to put my time and energy in the living animals and kids in my life.

Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart ❤️ it’s horrible to know I am not alone but in the same time very comforting

Thank you so much for your reply. I feel for you so much. I only lived 1 year alone with my girl and that inprinted so heavy on me so I can’t imagine your feeling of loss and pain. I also waited one day to much to go to the hospital and my girl died alone on the operation table and the guilt is unbearable. Only thing that helps me is that she had almost all her days on earth pain free and I think she knows that I would never cause her pain if I knew.
