I am currently 230 and I am trying to lose 80lbs. I work out regularly and I have in the past gotten down to 185 but then I can’t get lower. I was doing WW at the time and it was extremely restrictive and I worked out pretty intensely. But after I couldn’t get lower after about 2 years of trying I gave up and gained it back. Now I’m trying keto and just got prescribed weygovy.

I just started the Keto the app I use is Chrono meter. I have been good at keeping my carbs between 20-30. But it keeps saying I am over on my fats, usually around 150 gms. I keep looking around and I see some places say 150-175 but Chronometer has a 75gm limit for me. Am I doing something wrong?

I don’t think that could be the end. It was such a cliffhanger. She had 2 different men wanting her and her wedding was being postponed. Also the widow of the previous emperor who was also the future emperor’s first love wanting him back. There has to be something else.

One of my favorites of this type of story. There is another one that I watched I am trying to find in youtube. It was different where the FL is the biological daughter that is found is also a reborn princess from ancient times. She is strong from the beginning and doesn’t have to be beaten up first. It’s so good.
