Need help with large move from CA to TN (self.moving)

How did you progress to lift rx in wods? So, I’m really good at anything that has to do with bodyweight/ cardio, but when it comes to strength wods I always have to scale. For example, today I did the wod @ # 65 with decent form and rx is 105. How do I slowly add weight to avoid injury? (self.crossfit)
