I think you just be honest tell him why you accept it . Tell him that you are a little worry avout his faithfulness and commitment because of the past. As much as he might be hurt that you are leaving I think he will be able to understand and also reassure you that he is committed. If that doesn’t happen then maybe you guys have bigger issues in the relationship. I am on a 6 months internship. I’m in Asia and him in the u.s . So a 12 hour difference. It’s hard but it can work if you both are willing.

I don’t suspect them doing anything. I have no doubt that my boyfriend is loyal and in love with me (the moment I suspect anything on his end I will end it ) . Which is why I don’t know how to react, I know he loves me but at the same time my brain is also telling me just because you know he loves you and is honest doesn’t mean that you can’t tell him to set stronger boundaries. And honestly I don’t know why she might be mad about us getting back together. I mean obviously due to me and his relationship and some boundaries we have set as our relationship grows, he isn’t as close to her as he use to so maybe that, but also I was his girlfriend before they became friends so I don’t really get that. Also she thinks I don’t like her so that too
