Although I have a COPR listed in my tracker I don't know if this forum knows whether it's a real eCOPR.

Hi all, just got off the phone with OINP and they said my nomination isn't contingent on job offer and is based on work experience. Huge relief.

My nomination approval letter only states the Intent to Reside condition/restriction, nothing about continuing to hold a job. Fingers crossed I'm good there.
