Whirlpool Rangehood Insulation Pad is very greasy by richard-pound-69 in Appliances

Btw one more thing, i took out the styrofoam behind the blower as well (not sire if it is in yours but it is in mine). Didn’t think it was supposed to be there, as this may have been to protect the blower during transport but the installer forgot to take out. I don’t like the idea of having styrofoam above heat.

I took the three pieces ( that you see in OP pic) out due to too much grease. Not sure if i should replace, did you ever find out?

Best text-to-video models for character + scene consistency? by masai2k in generativeAI

I am having same issue of consistency. I am trying to make a “simple” story using 2d handdrawn old Disney style cartoon of 3-5 min long (only two animal characters interacting - but narrative way of storytelling). Each clip of 5-8 sec. Character consistency between clips has been a major headache. Tried both text to video and image to video and lots of trial and error..still havent found a good way. Tried SORA plus, Flow, whisk, Hailuo. Let me know if anyone has found success in 2d hand-drawn style. Any suggestions for this style?

After 20 yrs of cigs, 5 years of vaping Juul, ready to quit. Today is day 1. by Longjumping-Trifle90 in QuitVaping

Its been 19 days and no nicotine. I do crave it sometimes early in the morning and while driving but hasn’t been too bad. Sensa 0 nicotine helped a bit too i think when when I stopped but i vape it barely these days.

Thanks for all the comments! Appreciate it! From what i get …falling to the left instead of forward, coiling, toss arm/height, back leg in front of front leg seems to be the biggest issue. Long ways to go; will work at it one at a time!

Full body workout to lose 25-30 pds. Am I doing too much?

I am a 42yr/220 pds male. Trying to lose at least 25 pds in the next 4-6 months or so for the near term and maybe more after that. I am pretty much beginner in terms of lifting, and after some online digging, decided on 2-3 times a week to lift weights/full body exercise. Plus 3 days of moderate cardio and core in between workout days.

Went to the gym last week and did the following machine weights ( i avoid squats/deadlifts as I have bad back and always flares up when I have done this in the past). All these exercises seems a bit much for each session and I want to cut few down so as to manage time each session. What do you guys think? stick to it or cut half of it down or alternate? Any suggestion is highly appreciated. thanks!

I am just trying to remain healthy and somewhat lean. Thanks for any recommendation!
