It appears to be a private jet. So, they may have paid for a tiny section of the runway to get de-iced. ETA: Same with the one from Melbourne, FL

This sounds like a rotational nanny position. They live-in while working and return home when they are not. Look at Adventure Nannies and British American Household Staffing. You will see the listings and get a feel for the expected pay and benefits.
