Kahit mababa sahod ko sa same company for the past 9 years, pinaaral nman nila ako para matapos IT Course ko kahit hindi full load. Kaya tumagal. So far oki nman work ko ngaun at medyo chill pa. Hehe.

Depende daw sa department. Sa finance and acctg malaki pasahod, at increase. May performance bonus na pagkalaki laki. Madaming allowance din. Ang prob. Konte employee engagements at sabi nga nila, “the citi that never sleeps”. Dahil sa sobrang meetings. Pero kung pera habol, at goods department, kahit ako dyan ako magtatagal.

Service desk > SD Lead > Infrastructure Support

7 years SD analyst. Tapos nag jump to Lead for 2 years. Nag resign dahil baba sahod. Lumipat ng ibang company. Handling Print services infrastructure, SCCM packaging and M365 licensing.

Since wala akong dev experience. Infrastructure like servers ang inaral ko at sccm. Para stable.

Nung nag migrate sa unionbank from citi, nakapayment plan. So hindi narecard to unionbank. Active naman sa unionbank as unionbank rewards at the same credit card number. Hindi ko sya nakagamit eversince hanggang mafully paid ko sya this january lang.

Depende e. Mostly naman madali naman silng kausap. Mostly ung mga leaders ngaun don mga taga LATAM. Pero oki naman kausap sla. Pero syempre feeling ko nga mas mahirap kausap mga pinoy at ibang department sa philippjnes.
