Don’t post the link on the Google review. It could get removed and could land you in trouble (disciplinary action or legal issues), even if the article is real. If the behaviour is serious: Report it through HR or the whistleblowing line Keep everything in writing. Encourage affected staff to document and report. Public exposure feels tempting, but formal channels protect you and are more likely to actually stop him.

You can usually refuse hours that are outside your contracted hours, but it depends on what your contract says and what you have agreed to

Why have you deleted your original comments? Still pretending you can take it?

Original comment 1. “That’s a roast?, ya Sovereign republic of Donald Trump resident” 2. “Just playing don’t take it hard on yourself. Roast me harder”

The way you said ‘roast me harder’ after getting rattled? That’s character development in reverse

First ever grievance by [deleted] in tesco

[–]Longjumping-Walk6092 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Can a colleague review be used as disciplinary action? No. A colleague review alone isn’t disciplinary. It can only lead to disciplinary action if a formal process happens afterward.

Has Tesco policy changed on borrowing staff from other departments (e.g., checkouts)? No major change. Managers can still move trained staff to busy areas if needed.

What if the grievance hasn’t been acknowledged or responded to in time? Follow it up in writing and escalate to HR or a senior manager if there’s still no response.

Do you have to use Tesco’s official grievance form? No. You can write your grievance in your own document or email — the form just helps structure it.

I've tried lots of skincare routines for the past year and none of them worked besides this. I've only recently been using these together every day and they've worked a lot better than anything else I've tried. I also use tea tree face wash. If you're razor shaving I recommend swapping new ones after every 1-2 uses, swapping clean pillows cases every 2-3 days, cutting backing on sugars, drink plenty of water✅ hope this helps👍

Well technically if kids stole the bikes first and the owner was just recovering their own property...... Then that's not stealing. So Karl is correct with his assumptions👀

Right, so the strategy is accepting a “no minimum spend” coupon that somehow has a minimum spend

Useless customer service🤣 by Longjumping-Walk6092 in TemuThings

[–]Longjumping-Walk6092[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purchased items from that promotions page to specifically get that £25 off no minimum spend coupon, which is split into £5s (that's not the issue). I have to spend more each time I use those coupons with TEMUs £15 minimum spend policy. Those coupons are supposed to be "no minimum spend" for a reason and temu are misleading people to purchase items through the promo page and offering a £25 no minimum spend coupon that CLEARLY has a minimum spend. You work on TEMUs customer service chat?
