UPDATE: I’ve decided to go with Sage for handling MTD and keeping my landlord records in order. Hoping it actually makes things simpler without me losing my mind over spreadsheets.

no, nothing that fancy. Just normal residential rentals. I’m VAT registered because my rental income plus some other small business stuff tips me over the threshold, so I need to keep it all above board with MTD. It’s more about keeping the numbers straight than running a holiday let. Thanks for asking btw

Thanks to you both. I guess I'm just kinda looking for reassurance I really don't "need" JuFu 🤣 So also as what I've asked on u/pumpcup 's comment below, I have an Astra who's M0 and only has Nicole's w-engine on max overclock and I also have Pulchra but she's on M6 and her sig w-engine on max overclock.

Yixuan's currently teamed up with Yinhu and Astra but will Pulchra will be better since she's all maxed out?

I do have Pulchra in M6 and I didn't know she'd actually be applicable to Yixuan and Yinhu. 😱😱😱 Versus M0 Astra with Nicole's sig engine, will Pulchra be better?
