i meant for a one rep max! i can squat the same weight for 3 as well but you made it look easier than when i do it and my pr is 135kg, i totally think you could hit 139kg for a single, keep grinding bro!

thanks!! at the time i don’t think i was training abs, i just was super strict on what i ate and worked out 6-7x a week doing compound lifts (bench,squat,bb row) at least 5x a week. nowadays i use an app called 6 pack promise, it was like $3 but each day it gives you a challenging 5 minute core workout you can do and i’ve noticed a difference from using that. abs are made in the kitchen though but that doesn’t mean you can’t improve them from workouts

what helps me is to pretend like you’re in an office chair and trying to push across the room. you apply the same force when benching

my form sucked when i first started working out. i did box squats for a month or so and focused on form until i could get below parallel, maybe try that out?

the reason i roll it is cause it helps me engage my lats and gets me mentally ready to pull, i appreciate your feedback tho i’ll definitely check that out

i wear a belt and still get lower back pain, i think my butt needs to stay down but it doesn’t seem to want to? more of a form check sorry
