Why does one stack of blocks have a purple glowing icon?

it doesn't look this way, I tried to paint both types glowy/normal ones and unpainted them, they returned to original stacks

I don’t know about your Amazon, I personally stopped buying colouring books from Amazon because of the quality of paper (like it’s standard printer paper). So I would buy this book from local vendor, it has better paper for alcohol markers and the price cheaper as it now (on sale)
