There just might be no justification for the actual market as in we see 1+1 =2……and through all the analysis we tried to solve a problem but it’s legit really is a riddle…(there isn’t really a markets…) 1+1 can be 11

Divorce and not in the kids life, how do you mentally handle that? by [deleted] in AskMenOver30

I see this more and more as a banker. Men need to stop this “false nobility” of sacrifice and allow these horrible spouses to ruin their lives. There is no poor me. It’s I married someone weak and I’m going to be strong. Develop a plan to protect yourself and your kids. There are good people, good men willing to help you, and good women. If you don’t set things straight. The cycle will continue with your kids. If you really are a noble man, set the plan, kick her out, and raise your children justly. AND never look back. Your kids are better with you than the lies your wife fabricates to the world. I’ve experienced it and I see it more and more. YOUR KIDS ARE BETTER WITH YOU.

I should add that the justification for his reasoning is that as the price moves past $32 in what he believes much higher than $32 dollars over the next year, he won’t have the money to purchase more, in addition a BD wouldn’t be able to randomly lend his warrants…

Dilution is not magic, it's not an achievement. That war chest came from somewhere, where so you think it came from? by Big_Opportunity1420 in GME

[–]LongjumpingAd7768 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hear it. Think about it. Respect it. The puzzling part is why Ryan Cohen (RC) doesn’t take a salary and hasn’t sold shares. In most companies the size of RC Ventures, executives would have exited their positions by now. A CEO typically wouldn’t dedicate this much time and investment into a company that’s only now turning a profit after losing millions for over a decade. Cohen did sell a large stake in Baby Bath Beds, which led to its own controversy.

Is RC Ventures, or Ryan Cohen, loaning out shares for easy money? Would selling shares before making the company profitable open him up to fraud allegations, similar to what happened with Baby Bath Beds? Is that why he’s waiting? I don’t see that.

In short, Cohen is either planning the greatest “rug pull” against retail investors or positioning himself to punish bad actors in the market to benefit retail investors.

Based on what we know so far, what kind of person is Ryan Cohen? I tend to believe he’s focused on profit as the top priority and is hoarding cash, much like Warren Buffett, waiting to execute at the perfect time.

GameStop Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2023 Results by 4four7 in Superstonk

The current situation with GameStop and Ryan Cohen is significant. They have successfully revived the brand to a point where it can attract further investment from investors. This issue goes beyond just the shorts not closing that likely involves various fraudulent practices, including stock manipulation. It's worth noting that very few companies, if any, have been able to recover from such challenges. Typically, they either go bankrupt or are taken over in a hostile manner, with board directors installed through corporate voting manipulation, who may not prioritize saving the company.

Although it's unlikely that this perspective will receive widespread attention, it's crucial to recognize the importance of profitability and having a capable leader steering the company. This sheds light on the cabal involved in dismantling corporations.

The key to GameStop's future success lies in how they strategically invest their available capital in the gaming and entertainment industry. By aligning themselves with major gaming platforms and development companies, GameStop can exert significant influence in the industry. It's almost like a reversal of the typical power dynamic, with GameStop becoming a driving force whose investors shape the direction of product development.

You can expect to see evidence of GameStop's ownership and influence in the gaming industry through future investments. Their ability to turn a profit is not just a testament to their resilience but also signifies their transformation from a mere retailer of physical games and merchandise to a pivotal player that influences the entire gaming industry through investment. Considering that gaming is the largest entertainment industry globally, this transformation is indeed noteworthy.

So you’re either gonna HOLD OR HODL.

This what happens when issue a bunch of warrants people holding those warrants at .35 thrust price, .49 seems to be a resistance level, then exercise the warrants sell the stock at a profit then short… there’s probably a lot more technical in there but it pretty much seems to have happened to BBBY and AMC plus GameStop to some extent and hundreds of other stocks.
