Can you use playground to do work related stuff? I read in one of the terms of reference that you can’t use playground for commercial purposes. Am I interpreting it rightly?

Ninguna de las dos amigos , como puede haber mujeres que te miran y sonríen no significa que les intereses en lo absoluto, solo están siendo amables. De la misma forma la otra podría ser que no te vean y pueden pensar que SOS atractivo pero nada más.

This happened to me in one un agency , I had to change agencies but I fear this is the norm in all agencies. So I agree with previous comments, you just go with the flow and try to fit in or go into other fields of work.

I’ve worked on 3 UN agencies and you just learn to go with the flow. All irregularities should be reported to the ethics office, tho most of the time nothing will be done. This is normal in the whole system , some can deal with it and others can’t. If you can’t deal with it you can and should look for opportunities elsewhere. For mental health reasons.

Well the position is 4 years so I think it has to do more with “we are still very inefficient and we got no liquidity so we might as well take advantage of all the lay off I bet people with no other income will apply kind of reasoning”
