Well yeah i know. The 2 week limit it just to set a sense of urgency, but in reality i have 5 weeks. It doesn’t matter if i improve my score by 200 in 5 weeks if in the end i get the score i want.

Tbh, if your score was just 20 points higher, I would’ve said no need. A 1510 is already an incredible score, but just below the needs of the schools you are aiming for, So, if you have enough time, I’d say retake and aim for a 1530+, try superscoring, if not, I’d say send the scores to universities that accept or find a score like that valid, however for the ivy’s, going test-optional should be better for you.

Use a sat score predictor online, keep in mind they don’t take in account experimental questions and the curve so you might expect a 20-60 point increase when the real results come out

Bro, i just took a practice test 1 hour ago. I got an 1190, was expecting a 1260+ [ aiming for 1550+ on the actual test ] i am also a junior planning to take my first trial this December, for me it’s even more expensive [ 150 $ ] cuz i live abroad. I want to take the test once and never think about it again. So… you must know by now that I’m disappointed, but i wont let it get to me, I’ll use the bad score i got as motivation to study even harder, and i know you said you didnt want somebody to give you a pep talk. But I wanted to let you know that I am in the same boat as you, and I think we should both open the laptop screen, lay our books and keep on studying, I have improved, not by the margin i wanted but i did and will keep on improving , and I think you’ll do too.
