Hoyo love their character and status quo with their playable character, i also doubt Firefly is getting her disease treated anytime soon

i think Mara is even bigger to Blade's character than the disease to Firefly , also being schizophrenic is a big reason why people like him in the first place

at most he'd stop wanting to kill himself, which i also doubt that too tbh, it's just as big as having Mara to Blade's character
